Tariff for the Rose Suite $220 per night or Magnolia Suite $200 per night (spacious rooms, king-size beds, large ensuites with claw-foot baths).
Romantic Setting ($90) optional extra on the Rose Suite and Magnolia Suite for weddings, anniversaries and special occasions (champagne, chilled glasses, myriads of candles and rose petals, seasonal roses and flowers, treats and chocolates, mood music, chilled strawberries with chocolate dip, aromas of roses and gentle fragrances all arranged to welcome you at any late hour to give that special touch for the one you love!).
Tariff for the Jacaranda Room $160 per night. Access to private bathroom on verandah.
Longer stays 4 to 7 days attract a 10% discount, 8 days or more 20%. All prices GST inclusive.

Wedding Package Why not take advantage of our delightful venue and commandeer the whole house for your wedding preparations? – sleep over with the girls or family members the night before (see room tariffs for the 3 rooms), spend the day getting ready at Fauntleroy House with your hairstylist. If you wish to stay past check-out time there is a venue hire ($100 per hour) for wedding preparation, photo shoots, and use of extra rooms and bathrooms. Enjoy a light lunch with your bridesmaids and family members (approx $10 per head) on the delightful verandahs or in the dining room, take your photographer around our beautiful gardens until your chauffeur arrives to take you to your wedding. Then return to the Rose Suite at midnight (see room tariff), with your room all aglow in a spectacular fashion, with a Romantic Setting ($90) for that special night, with strawberries and dipping chocolate, champagne, the aroma of roses and seasonal flowers, mood music and a myriad of candles and rose petals.
Inquire about use of our facilities for other special occasions. The verandahs are ideal for small to medium parties. Although we do not cater for other meals we welcome outside caterers.
Inquire about our Couple Intensives for relationship restoration and consolidation. Five couples meet together with Perth's Clinical Psychologist Genevieve Milnes, who, together with husband Dr Peter Milnes, conducts a weekend of intensive training, marriage counselling, and therapy in how to make the most of your relationship. Be early for this one. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to renew your vows, or rescue your relationship in the tranquil surroundings of Guildford's Fauntleroy House. Recommended by professionals, G.P's, and other psychologists and counsellors as a unique opportunity to work on your relationship, with expert help, or just gain some strategies to supplement your already healthy relationship. The weekends are open to any couples in a committed relationship. Starting around 5pm on a Friday night, couples are interviewed separately and together by Genevieve to establish their goals for the weekend. The weekend ends at 2pm on Sunday.
